Ms. Floberg focuses her practice on various areas of taxation. She has a Masters of Accountancy which helps her to better understand and assist her business clients with various transactions. She helps her clients with tax planning and analyzes the tax consequences of various business transactions. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. Tax Court and assists her clients with various tax controversies. Ms. Floberg also has experience with various sales tax issues. She also assists individuals with estate planning and business continuity planning.
Ms. Floberg currently serves as the Treasurer for SETLAW. She has also served on the board of local nonprofits. When not practicing law, Ms. Floberg enjoys teaching adjunct for Tennessee Wesleyan University in their business administration department.Ms. Floberg resides in Riceville, Tennessee.
