Jim Petty
Director
Jim Petty is a native of Lexington, Tennessee. He received his B.A. from Rhodes College in 1984 and his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1989. Jim primarily maintains a general civil litigation practice which includes the litigation of commercial and business related disputes, disputes related to business ownership and property, employment related matters, real estate disputes, personal injury claims, professional negligence claims and licensure disputes, insurance coverage disputes, probate, and estate and trust administration disputes.
Jim is a member of the Chattanooga, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations. He is married to his wife, Heidi, and has two children.
