Of Counsel

Jena Story is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience handling catastrophic personal injury claims, business disputes, probate litigation, and family law matters. In addition to civil litigation, Jena is proficient in estate planning and assisting clients with their general business needs. While pursuing her undergraduate degree at the University of Mississippi  and attending law school, Jena worked at multiple firms as a paralegal and a case manager. After graduating law school in 2010, Jena developed her own private practice in Nashville. In addition, she served as corporate counsel for multiple large development companies. In March 2025, Jena joined Grant, Konvalinka & Harrison, P.C., which has allowed Jena to apply her significant skills and experience to a broad and diverse client base with the collaboration of other highly skilled attorneys. She serves on the board of The Passage, supports the Mountain Education Foundation as an advisory board member, and volunteers with organizations such as Junior Achievement, YoungLife, and Habitat for Humanity. Jena has held multiple leadership roles within the PTA at Thrasher Elementary on Signal Mountain, including serving as president and as a member of the executive board. Jena and her family are members of Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church, where she leads studies, teaches, and serves in various ministries.
