Grant, Konvalinka & Harrison welcomes new Associate Gwen Kennedy

The Grant, Konvalinka and Harrison, P.C. law firm is pleased to announce that Gwen Kennedy has joined the firm as an Associate. Gwen is a native of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Gwen graduated from Mississippi State University in 2014 where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations, and a minor in Foreign Language with an emphasis in Spanish. Gwen earned her Juris Doctorate in 2017 from the University of Mississippi School of Law, cum laude. While in law school, Gwen was a member of the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court team and served as Business Manager on the Moot Court Executive Board. Gwen participated in the Mississippi Innocence Project clinic and was a member of Phi Delta Phi. Before joining Grant, Konvalinka and Harrison in 2019, Gwen practiced as a defense attorney in Tupelo, Mississippi. Gwen’s areas of practice will include Family Law and Health Law.


Outside of the office, Gwen enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, Landon, and dog, Oliver, and exploring Chattanooga.

Kane represents clients ranging from startups to businesses with large international footprints. Kane is a native of Montana who joined the firm in 2019. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Montana, and received his J.D. with a concentration in business transactions from the University of Tennessee in 2018. Prior to joining GKH, Kane clerked at the Hamilton County Chancery Court for the Honorable Pamela A. Fleenor and the Honorable Jeffrey M. Brittany Faith recognized at a Volunteer 40 under 40

Congratulations to Brittany T. Faith on her recognition as a Volunteer 40 Under 40 recognizes forty alumni under the age of 40 who have excelled personally and professionally since completing their degree at UT Knoxville. Brittany Faith is a nationally recognized immigration attorney who has committed herself to service. At UT’s College of Law she was heavily involved in community service and leadership roles, including serving as director of UT Law’s Pro Bono program; treasurer of Law Women, American Bar Association (ABA) representative for the Student Bar Association; American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Midsouth law school liaison, and creator/founder of UT Law’s U Visa Alternative Spring Break. Faith currently serves as the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division president, one of only 21 elected directors across the country to the AILA Board of Governors, and the Fit2Practice director for the ABA Young Lawyers Division Council. In addition, she regularly donates her time to pro bono and low bono immigration work, which is an area of law with a lack of resources due to federal funding limitations.
