David Elliott

Director

David Elliott solves legal problems for high net worth individuals and their businesses so they can focus on their passions. David represents lenders and borrowers in complex financial transactions, and represents buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions. The financial aspect of his practice includes estate planning and administration. David also represents clients around the world with regard to business immigration.


David is involved in the Chattanooga community as a member of the Rotary Club of Chattanooga Hamilton Place (President 2011-2012), former Director and Treasurer of Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise, Inc., a member of the Advisory Board of La Paz Chattanooga (a non-profit Hispanic outreach organization), a former member of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce Workforce and Education Committee, and a former Vestry member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church.



David and his wife Kelley reside in North Chattanooga and have three children. His hobbies include golf, boating, guitar, pickleball, cooking, biking, and live music.
