Graham Thompson

Of Counsel

Graham Thompson’s practice in civil litigation focuses on commercial and corporate disputes, tort law, and construction defects. He has experience representing individuals and corporations from emergence of a dispute, through pre-suit, and into litigation from complaint to appeal. For over twelve years, Graham’s practice included the defense of trucking companies involved in catastrophic injury claims and lawsuits, and advising trucking companies on regulatory compliance.


Graham lives in North Chattanooga with his wife and daughters. In his free time, Graham enjoys running the Chattanooga Riverwalk, hiking mountains, reading science fiction, and CrossFit.
