Caroline Hood
Caroline is a Chattanooga native and alumna of Girls Preparatory School. She earned both her B.A. in English, with a minor in Biology, and M.A. in English at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She received her J.D. from University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, where she served as Production editor of Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, & Natural Resources. Caroline received three CALI awards for earning the highest score in her Contracts II, Bankruptcy, and Secured Transactions classes. In her last year of law school, Caroline volunteered with the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program and assisted with writing the brief for the 2025 Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition.
Caroline practices in the areas of Business and Corporate Law, Financial Services and Transactions, Real Estate, and Taxation. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family, attending football games, and reacquainting herself with all the wonderful places to eat and explore in the Chattanooga area.
