Grant, Konvalinka, & Harrison congratulates attorney David Higney, who has been selected as a Super Lawyer, and attorneys Brittany Thomas Faith, Hollie Floberg, and Cody Roebuck who have been selected as Rising Stars.

Licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia, David Higney has focused more than 25-years practicing environmental law and litigation, civil and business litigation, multi-district litigation and class-action defense, as well as regulatory based disputes.

Ms. Faith is a member of GKH's Immigration Group and focuses her practice on immigration, including family-based immigration petitions, employment-based petitions, and humanitarian relief.

Ms. Floberg focuses her practice on various areas of taxation. She has a Masters of Accountancy which helps her to better understand and assist her business clients with various transactions. She helps her clients with tax planning and analyzes the tax consequences of various business transactions.


Mr. Roebuck has a general civil litigation practice with an emphasis on employment and business litigation. Mr. Roebuck litigates in state and federal courts throughout the region. In his employment practice, Mr. Roebuck regularly advises and represents employers in matters involving Title VII of the Civil Rights laws, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, the Tennessee Human Rights Act, the Tennessee Public Protection Act, and other federal and state statutes.
