Attorney Mark W. Litchford Receives Distinguished Membership Into The American Association Of Premier DUI Attorneys

On March 11, Mark Litchford was admitted into the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, a nationwide organization of members who are recognized as having achieved advanced level training on the strategies that result in the successful resolution for defendants charged with driving under the influence. Membership into the AAPDA is based on a proprietary selection criteria and is granted only after the Association confirms prospective members have obtained the skills, knowledge, training, and tools that are necessary to successfully resolve and win DUI cases. The AAPDA consists of Judges, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors, DUI Prosecutors, Law Enforcement Officers, and DUI Defense Attorneys across the United States and provides members with access to privileged resources and tools that are used in connection with successfully defending DUI cases.
Mr. Litchford is a director of Grant, Konvalinka & Harrison, P.C., and has extensive trial experience and appellate practice in representing clients in both state and federal proceedings. Mr. Litchford is a member of the American, Tennessee, and Chattanooga Bar Associations and is licensed to practice in Tennessee, Georgia, the Eastern District of Tennessee and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
