Cody Roebuck has a general civil litigation practice with an emphasis on employment, real estate, business, and personal injury litigation. Mr. Roebuck litigates cases in state and federal courts throughout the region.In his employment practice, Mr. Roebuck regularly represents employers in cases alleging claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights laws, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, the Tennessee Human Rights Act, Tennessee Public Protection Act, and other federal and state statutes.
Mr. Roebuck is a Chattanooga native and a McCallie graduate. Mr. Roebuck received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, and his law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law, graduating summa cum laude. In law school, Mr. Roebuck served as an editor of the Mississippi Law Journal.
