We represent insurance policyholders and also liability, casualty and workers’ compensation insurance carriers in cases ranging from professional malpractice to products liability to automobile collisions. We also handle litigation for multiple health care providers. We represent clients in arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute proceedings, and a number of our attorneys are certified arbitrators and mediators. We also handle the defense of certain white-collar civil and criminal matters.
