Michelle Allsup

Michelle Allsup brings the same drive to her legal practice that she does to her tennis game.

Michelle practices in the areas of Employment Law, Estate and Probate Litigation, and General Civil Litigation. She manages a broad spectrum of employment and civil matters for small businesses and individuals alike, by counseling and advocating for her clients on discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. In her probate practice, Michelle guides individuals through the probate process of estate administration, guardianships and conservatorships, and working with financial institutions and wealth advisors to administer estate assets.

Michelle received her J.D. from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law, where she served as a student editor of Cumberland's American Journal of Trial Advocacy and as a Carruther's Fellow, a legal writing specialist for law students.

Michelle is a Chattanooga native and alumna of Girls Preparatory School. She graduated from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in Spanish and is an All-American in tennis. Michelle is involved in the Tennessee Bar Association, Chattanooga Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division, and Southeast Tennessee Lawyers Association for Women.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, playing tennis, traveling, and taking advantage of Chattanooga's outdoor opportunities.
