Harry Cash is a Chattanooga, Tennessee native and presently resides on Signal Mountain. He joined the firm in 1994. Harry received his B.A. from the University of the South in 1978 and his J.D. from Memphis State School of Law in 1981. Harry practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, municipal law and debtor/creditor relations with an emphasis on creditor representation in bankruptcy cases. He is the Town Attorney for Signal Mountain, Tennessee, and also represents clients in real estate and business transactions, as well as other litigation matters. He is a member of the Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Federal Bar Associations, the American Bankruptcy Law Institute, the Chattanooga Bar Foundation and serves as the Treasurer of the Chattanooga Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Harry is married to Leaba Cash and they have three children. He enjoys golf and reading in his spare time.
