Steven Grant 's practice encompasses a wide range of business law and taxation law, including corporate transactions, business entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and administration, individual and business taxation, and estate and trust litigation.
Steve regularly assists and advises clients with the drafting and negotiating of purchase and sales agreements, employment agreements, service agreements, lease and rental agreements, license agreements, and other general contracts.
Steve has significant experience in the areas of estate administration, conservatorships, guardianships, estate and trust litigation and estate planning. He has advised trustees, personal representatives, creditors, and beneficiaries in the administration of estates and in estate and trust litigation involving both small and large estates.
His practice also includes the representation of individual and business clients before state and federal taxing authorities, and the preparation or amendment of local, state and federal tax returns.
