Mr. Anderson, a Nashville native, joined the firm in 1990. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate law, real estate development law, real estate lending law, closings law, multi-unit residential real estate law, title insurance, and lender representation. Mr. Anderson has worked for Hamilton County, serving as Government Special Counsel, Land Use and Planning. He is also a member of the Chattanooga, Tennessee, Ohio, and American Bar Associations. He was a recipient of the Chapin-Thomas Scholarship. Mr. Anderson has led numerous continuing legal education seminars for the Tennessee Bar Association.
Mr. Anderson also serves as a Trustee for the University of Chattanooga Foundation and has served on the Board of Governors for the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association, President of the Brainerd/Southeast Hamilton Area Chamber of Commerce, and President of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Alumni Council.
