Chuck Fisher has a diverse legal practice.  Mr. Fisher regularly represents small and medium-sized businesses, assisting them with everything from their formation to their subsequent litigation, transactional and general corporate needs.  He also represents large commercial lenders and title insurance companies.  He has litigated numerous jury and nonjury cases in various state and federal courts concerning contract disputes, personal injury, shareholder disputes, real estate, title insurance litigation and commercial collections.  Mr. Fisher also has significant experience in corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, stock and asset purchases, tax-free reorganizations, tax exempt bond issuances and the formation of nonprofit and for-profit entities.  He is heavily involved in commercial real estate transactions and litigation, in which he, from time to time, has represented every side of the deal -- the lender, the purchaser, the seller and the title insurance company.

Mr. Fisher joined Grant Konvalinka & Harrison in 1997 and has been a director of our firm since 2003. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Tennessee Bar Association, in which he has graduated from the TBA's Leadership Law Program and recently served as Chair of the TBA's Continuing Legal Education Committee.  Mr. Fisher regularly serves as a speaker for the Tennessee Bar Association in the areas of commercial lending, real property liens and judgment executions.

Mr. Fisher is involved in a number of civic activities in the Chattanooga area.  He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Chattanooga Room in the Inn since 2003 (Vice-Chairman, 2004; Chairman, 2005) and the Center for Nonprofits, as well as a member of the Public Policy Committee of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Fisher has been married to his wife, Emery, for thirteen years.  He has two daughters, Julia and Cate.  He enjoys golf and other outdoor activities.
